Sweet Evie was a community cat dumped at a local colony in Round Rock, along with her three kittens. Scared and trying to protect her babies, Evie had been put on a path toward danger but luckily for her, she and her babies were rescued by one of our sister rescues. Evie, however, was positive for leukemia. We were able to make room for her here at the Sanctuary in May 2021, and despite battling severe health issues including pyometra, abscesses, and a variety of other issues, Evie has bright days ahead of her!
