Shadow is a striking and regal long-haired black cat – quite the beauty! She came to us in May 2018 from Texas Humane Heroes with significant neurological issues. Her seizures were frequent and difficult to see. Over time, her medications have helped regulate her, and she has relatively few break through seizures. She’s a bit unpredictable, loving the hands that hold her and then biting them – not anyone’s favorite behavior! We know this is all likely due to her personality with a bit of neuro issues thrown in, but no matter, we love and accept Shadow for who she is – a mostly sweet and gentle cat who keeps us on our toes! She’s not a Diva to let your guard down around, but she is one that we all love dearly. She walks her own walk through life and can be who she is at Shadow Cats.
