Zoe loves people, especially those who speak nicely to her and give her treats. She’ll greet you at the door and once she’s sure about you, you may be her next best friend. Zoe is quite the conversationalist. She chirrups, purrs, and offers a few complaints as she gets to know you. She is very expressive with her tail and you’ll know she’s content because she’ll sit pretty with her tail wrapped around her. When she’s irritated, watch that tail go and be warned that belly rubs are off-limits! Most of all though, it’s her purr – she is quite the pro at using her purrs to let you know how happy she is! We have to mention how smart she is, too. She knows how to SIT and HIGH FIVE. Of course, she does all of this on her timetable! She is quite the kitty!
Zoe came to us from the Dallas area on August 12, 2023. She has some chronic medical issues that require attention and she’ll be closely evaluated and monitored at Shadow Cats as she settles in. Zoe may be available for adoption down the road, but for now, she’s learning to call the Sanctuary home.
