In Memory of Coco Chanel 9/12/2018 – 7/5/2019
Coco Chanel certainly had the right name. She had the longest legs and posed like a model. She was a stunner!
Our precious beautiful tuxie girl crossed to the Rainbow Bridge today, and she took with her a little piece of our hearts. Although her life was far too short, Coco knew she was loved by so many. Ever since she first arrived, we were smitten with this gorgeous and energetic gal. Coco never missed a beat when she arrived from Austin Animal Center, so lucky to be rescued from a hoarding situation. She just fit right in as though she owned the place, strutting around on those long legs!
Not even a year old, her life was far too short before the dastardly feline leukemia claimed her, but we know in her time at Shadow Cats, she was a normal happy kitten. She played, she had plenty of friends, she loved being on the porch and watching all the activities overlooking the creek. She was loved and cared for every day.
Coco Chanel, you were such a beauty. We are going to miss you. We thought you would be with us longer, but it was not to be. Your life was meaningful and we will always remember you, our long legged stunning tuxie girl. A fleeting star who graced our presence.
Rest easy, Coco Chanel. We loved you so much.
