In Memory of Oracle 12/03/2016 – 05/19/2017
It’s been a tough day here at Shadow Cats. Losing one little angel is hard, but two is truly heartbreaking. Shortly after little Emmy passed, Oracle began having respiratory issues related to his feline leukemia. Only recently rescued from one of our area shelters after testing positive for leukemia, his time here was certainly not long enough. Born last December, he was still just a kitten but unfortunately, it’s the kittens that most often succumb to feline leukemia.
Ori spent his time at Shadow Cats playing and having fun – and just being silly. He had so much energy and loved to play like any kitten. We had hopes he would have a long life in front of him but that was not to be. However, the time he did have was filled with love from his kitty nannies, volunteers and his sponsors, Janet Harkness, Evelyn Bunton, CD Boyd, Tracey Williams and Lauren Henderson. Thank you to all that cared about him.
